Title: Project Manager (independent contractor)

Location: Northeast, OH and surrounding (Remote/Field)

Start Date: March 1, 2024

Job Description:

We are seeking an independent roofing/exterior construction Project Management contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including working with customers, insurance adjusters, inspecting roofs, and providing estimates to potential customers. We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role, and there is significant income potential with earnings of six figures per year.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential customers to assess their roofing needs and provide estimates.
• Work with insurance adjusters to determine coverage and facilitate the claims process as necessary.
• Inspect roofs to identify any potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with other team members to schedule and manage roofing projects.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different roofing materials and techniques.
• Ensure that all roofing work is completed safely and to the highest standards and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of roofing materials and construction techniques preferred.
• Ability to climb roofs and inspect shingles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
